Myrtle Beach, SC — A 24‑year‑old man was arrested early Tuesday morning after officers responded to a report of public intoxication near Flagg Street, according to Myrtle Beach police records.

Victor Charles Lee, described as a Black male, age 24, was taken into custody at the 100 block of Flagg Street at approximately 2:20 a.m. on October 1. Officers documented signs of impairment and alleged disorderly behavior consistent with Disorderly Conduct / Public Intoxication, a misdemeanor under South Carolina law.

A related citation was issued minutes later at 101 Flagg Street, listing the same offense – Public Intoxication tied to the incident.
