Justin Bryant Charged in Trespassing, Camping Ordinance Case Near Monticello Drive

MYRTLE BEACH, SC —  37‑year‑old man was arrested Wednesday morning after Myrtle Beach police reported a trespassing violation and a camping‑related ordinance offense near Monticello Drive and Osceola Street.

According to the incident report, officers encountered Justin Wayne Bryant at approximately 11:45 a.m. on October 1, 2026, in the 1400 block of Monticello Drive/Osceola Street. Police charged Bryant with two misdemeanor offenses: trespassing – entry on another’s lands after notice, and inhabiting or camping on property not zoned for camping under city ordinance.
