One suspect also faces a noise ordinance violation charge following early morning incident on Fisher Drive
MYRTLE BEACH, SC — Two men were arrested on separate alcohol-related charges at the same Myrtle Beach location early Sunday morning, according to police reports.
Yuliar Leonel Ventura Cortez, 27, was charged with transporting alcohol in a motor vehicle with a broken seal, a misdemeanor. The arrest occurred at approximately 5:17 a.m. in the 1400 block of Fisher Drive.
During the same incident, Diego Armando Valencia Murillo, 37, was arrested and charged with transporting alcohol in a motor vehicle with a broken seal and violating a city noise ordinance. Both charges are misdemeanors.
The arrests were reported at the same location and time, stemmed from the same law enforcement encounter. No additional details were immediately available.
