  • Assault & Narcotics Violations: 10430 Peacock Rd., Chadbourn; 10:17 p.m.; assault on a female, assault by pointing a gun, PWIMSD Schedule II, PWIMSD Schedule III, maintain vehicle/dwelling for controlled substance, littering hazardous waste, simple possession Schedule II, possess drug paraphernalia, carrying concealed gun. Items seized included a Ford Focus, Phoenix Arms .22 caliber handgun, Taurus G3c 9mm handgun, ammunition, crack cocaine (1.3 grams), oxycodone tablets, and buprenorphine strips; 46-year-old male suspect listed.
