LAKE WACCAMAW, NC — A Lake Waccamaw man was arrested Monday afternoon following a misdemeanor stalking investigation.
Otha Kevin Phelps, 63, of East Old Highway 74/76, was taken into custody by the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office at 1:51 p.m. on Sept. 14. Phelps was charged with Misdemeanor Stalking and placed under a $2,500 secured bond.
He was released later that afternoon after posting bail.
