DELCO, NC — A Delco man was taken into custody on an outstanding probation warrant Tuesday afternoon.
Alexander Allen Cain, 29, of Burnham Street in Delco, was arrested by Columbus County Sheriff’s deputies at 12:19 p.m. on Sept. 15 on Kaiser Road. Cain was served with a Misdemeanor Probation Violation and placed under a $25,000 secured bond.
All individuals named in this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
