WHITEVILLE, NC — A 50-year-old Marion, South Carolina man is being held without bond in Columbus County following his arrest as a fugitive from justice.
Kinya Antoine Mishue was taken into custody on October 15 by the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office.
Mishue was wanted on an out-of-state warrant from South Carolina. He was processed into the Columbus County Detention Center under a no-bond status while awaiting extradition proceedings.
All individuals named in this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
