Myrtle Beach, SC — Two individuals were taken into custody following an incident in the 2200 block of South Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach during the early morning hours of November 1.
According to arrest records, Cora Julia Castro, 34, was arrested at approximately 4:41 a.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct/public intoxication, a misdemeanor offense.
In the same incident, Floyd Mathew Vermillion, 41, was arrested on a charge of third-degree assault and battery, a misdemeanor. Records also show Vermillion was issued a citation for third-degree assault and battery in connection with the case.
All individuals named in this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
