WHITEVILLE, NC — A woman wanted in New Hanover County on financial card fraud charges was processed into the local detention center on Thursday, September 17.
Laura Elizabeth Burns, 36, was booked into the Columbus County Detention Center at 4:42 a.m. by New Hanover authorities.
Burns faces New Hanover County charges of:

Misdemeanor failure to appear
She was placed under a $793 secured bond.
