Mr. Rowe was born July 14, 1942, in Boston, MA, son of the late William and Evelyn Rowe. Paul was a veteran of the US Air Force. He was a phenomenal model marker. He enjoyed building wooden model ships and anything out of paper. Paul was a golfer and woodworker.
He is survived by his wife, Roxanna Rowe; a son, James Rowe and wife Alexis Kuchinsky; two grandsons, Riley Rowe and Casey Rowe; a sister, Bea Manuel and husband Don; nephews, Mike Manuel and Scott Manuel; a niece, Wendy Manuel; and a cousin, Shirley Karcher.
A celebration of his life will be held in the pub at Oak Island Golf Course on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 4:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SOAR (Southport – Oak Island Animal Rescue) 3376 St Charles Place SE, Southport, NC 28461.
