KIDNAPPING AND FIRST‑DEGREE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ARREST ON SOUTH OCEAN BOULEVARD

GAGNE, NICHOLAS LEVI (MBPD)

MYRTLE BEACH, SC — A 41‑year‑old man was arrested Monday morning following a reported domestic incident that led to felony charges, including kidnapping, along the 1400 block of South Ocean Boulevard.

According to police records, Nicholas Levi Gagne was taken into custody on August 31 at approximately 8:10 a.m. Gagne is charged with Domestic Violence, 1st Degree, a felony under South Carolina law, as well as Kidnapping, also classified as a felony. Officers responded to the location and initiated the incident report at the same time the arrest was logged.

No additional details regarding the circumstances of the alleged offenses were immediately released.
