ELMIRA, N.Y. & SUPPLY, NC — Jones Media Partners LLC, based in Supply NC is thrilled to announce a brand-new strategic media partnership joining forces with the fast-growing FLEX Wrestling promotion, anchored in the Finger Lakes region of New York.

Through this cross-promotional alliance, Jones Media Partners LLC will leverage its multi-media platforms—including the 22-channel My Radio Zone streaming network and the region’s rapidly rising digital publication, Coastal Carolina News—to amplify FLEX Wrestling events across the Northeast, the entire East Coast, and into the Carolinas. As an exciting milestone of the collaboration, the network will soon launch a dedicated digital station: FLEX Wrestling Radio.
To celebrate the partnership, Coastal Carolina News sat down with FLEX Wrestling owner, veteran star, and former ECW and Ring of Honor standout HC Loc to discuss the promotion’s rapid rise, big-name talent, and upcoming expansion into the Carolinas.
Q&A with FLEX Wrestling Co-Owner HC Loc
Coastal Carolina News: When and how did FLEX Wrestling begin?

HC Loc: In the Spring of 2025, after 30 years in the wrestling business myself, I, along with my eventual partners, Sean Carr and Ryan Rice, had been talking about how we would promote wrestling and what we thought would be some key moves that could make an independent company successful. We had all been doing our best to try and help another company grow but, ultimately, it belongs to us and it wasn’t our money so we could only do so much… it was time to put my money where my mouth was. Ryan pitched me the name FLEX and we were off and running.
Coastal Carolina News: Besides yourself, who are the principals’ of FLEX Wrestling?
HC Loc: Sean Carr and Ryan Rice.
Coastal Carolina News: You’re not only an owner of FLEX Wrestling, but you are also a well-known performer in the wrestling industry. For those who may not know you and your history, tell us a little about yourself, and how you got your start in professional wrestling.
HC Loc: I trained at the USWF Wrestling School in Elmira, NY before having my debut match on January 15th, 1995. I would later be invited to train with the legendary Dory Funk Jr. sometime in late 1998; he took a liking to me and helped me get a foot in the door at ECW (Extreme Championship Wrestling) where I worked until that company closed. Then I started with Ring of Honor Wrestling at their very first event and would form The Carnage Crew with Tony Devito. He and I would go on to hold the ROH World Tag Team Championships.
Coastal Carolina News: There are plenty of small independent wrestling organizations across the country—what makes FLEX Wrestling different, and stand out in the crowd?

HC Loc: We take great pride in all the little details. Many, if not most, independents are just a ring in a gym or VFW hall somewhere. Those shows are great—I’ve worked literally thousands of them—but for FLEX Wrestling, it’s important that the experience comes with a little more of a big show feel. We attempt to have lights, sound, and a cool entrance way, similar to what you might see from a television company.
Coastal Carolina News: We’ve noticed that at your events you’ve had some big-name old-school wrestlers such as Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Tommy Dreamer, and Rob Van Dam coming in, as well as current stars from other promotions like TNA’s Eddie Edwards, and TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth. How does that work bringing in these big names to FLEX Wrestling, and what is the response that you are getting from the fans and the wrestling stars who have appeared?
HC Loc: I’m very lucky that with my history in the business I either know a lot of those bigger stars personally or know someone who does. In many cases, those talents that fans recognize from television have been wrestling fans themselves their whole lives and are familiar with my career even if we haven’t met yet, so it makes it pretty easy to get some of these deals done. Thankfully, FLEX has gained quite a buzz within the industry so, believe it or not, more than a few of the guest stars we’ve brought in came to us before we could reach out to them. That’s a nice compliment.

Coastal Carolina News: You recently announced a media partnership to work with our parent company, Jones Media Partners LLC, which includes our My Radio Zone streaming audio network of over 20 radio stations, as well as Coastal Carolina News. How does this work, and what are the benefits for FLEX Wrestling?
HC Loc: We are absolutely THRILLED about this partnership! Not only will you be hearing about our upcoming events on My Radio Zone and on Coastal Carolina News—which will no doubt drive traffic to our website and hopefully encourage folks to check out one of our events that stream live on Triller TV—but this deal is providing us with our own station on My Radio Zone! FLEX Wrestling Radio will be launching soon. This will also help our company expand south as we look to debut with live events in the Carolinas in 2027!
Coastal Carolina News: What’s happening with FLEX Wrestling in the short term, and into the new year? Where do you see FLEX Wrestling a year from now, and 5 years from now?
HC Loc: Our biggest show to date will take place October 23rd in Elmira, NY at the LECOM Event Center and will feature Rob Van Dam as well as many other stars and the whole roster of FLEX athletes. That will be our biggest crowd ever and will air live on PPV!

In a year, I definitely see us expanding our footprint by taking that step to adding the Carolinas to our tour. We will continue to make our stars like FLEX World Champion Chael Conners, A’don Allen, Price Puregold, Julio Diamante, Colt Allen, AC Jay, and on and on and on, the biggest stars on the independent scene. Within 5 years, FLEX will have a full-time schedule where our talent can wrestle for FLEX exclusively if they choose.
Stay tuned to Coastal Carolina News and MyRadioZone.com for upcoming announcements regarding the official launch of FLEX Wrestling Radio and future tour stops heading down to the Carolinas!
