Shelby L. Patrick, 89 of Bolton, NC, passed on October 17, 2026 at Shoreland Healthcare and Retirement Center. Born October 28, 1936 in Robeson County, she was the daughter of Mr. George Dewey Locklear and Mrs. Mary Maynor Locklear.
She was married to the late Olife Patrick. She is survived by sons, Kenneth Patrick (Susan), Ronnie Patrick (Blanche Thomas), Alex Patrick (Jasmine), daughter Angela Locklear (Ray) and sister Magdelene Gore. She is also survived by grandchildren Stewart Patrick, Nakeshia Patrick, Raven Hall (Robert), Kayla Bordeaux, Kendan Patrick, Raeanna Locklear Smith (Daniel), Olivia Patrick, Kristin Bordeaux, Alexandrea Patrick and Larry R. Patrick III. Great-grandchildren, Cameron Patrick, Chynna Patrick, Aaliyah Patrick, Braxton Hall, Marcus Hall, Mariah Hall and MacKenzie Bordeaux, Bexleigh Le’Sha Hinson, Winsleigh Grey Bordeaux, Alivia Patrick and Raelei Smith.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is predeceased by daughters Pamela Bordeaux and Deborah Mitchell.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at Mt. Sinai Holiness Church with Rev. Michael Jacobs, Rev. Randy Simmons, Rev. Tim Moore and Rev. Howard Jacobs officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to her service. Burial will follow at Red Hill Cemetery.
